Kits

Build it right from day one. What every online business needs.

A way to see who is on your site. A way to reach them. Emails that go out while you sleep. Three kits, built from the system that runs BrandGoblin, that Claude builds into your own website. The first one is free.

In one paragraph

BrandGoblin Kits are folders you hand to Claude, and it builds the tool into your own website. The CRM + Telegram bot kit is free and shows you who is on your site and who almost bought. The Email List Kit ($498, once) adds the signup form, confirm by reply, a welcome series and broadcasts, so you can reach those people and keep them. Done For You ($4,998) is the same system built for you. Everything runs in your accounts, on free tiers, with no monthly list tool.

Start here, free

The CRM + Telegram bot kit. Every business needs one, big or small.

A private page on your own site that shows who is on it right now, what every visitor reads, the moment someone leaves an email or presses Pay, and a list of everyone with notes and follow-ups. Your Telegram bot pings your phone when it happens and sends a summary every morning.

Big companies have had this for decades. It is how small ones get big: you change a headline, a price or a photo, and the next morning you know whether it worked instead of hoping. Ten minutes of tracking on day one beats a year of guessing. Free, on free tiers, for anyone who gives their best email.

$0 for your best email

  • · Who is on your site right now, and every visitor's trail
  • · The moment someone leaves an email or presses Pay
  • · A list of everyone, with notes, stages and follow-ups
  • · A Telegram ping when it happens, and a summary every morning

Use the email you actually check. Then confirm it from your inbox (look in Promotions and Spam too).

Why day one, in numbers

Waiting to build your list doesn't save money. It loses customers you'll never meet.

The CRM shows you who came. It can't talk to them. For that you need their email, their permission, and a welcome series ready to go the moment they join. Build that in month twelve and you have eleven months of names you never collected. You can't collect yesterday.

98 of 100

visitors leave a typical online store without buying. The median conversion rate across 30,000+ brands was about 2% in 2025. Without their email, the other 98 are gone.

carts are abandoned before checkout. The average across 50 studies is 70%. An email can bring a shopper back; a visitor you can't reach is lost.

26x

A welcome email converts about 26 times better than a regular campaign (2.11% against 0.08%). It only exists if you have the list and the series ready when they join.

more profit from a 5% rise in customer retention. Repeat customers are the business; you can only keep people you can reach.

The best practice is boring.

Collect the email on the first visit. Confirm it. Send a welcome series that gives before it asks. Follow up the people who almost bought. Every serious store does this; the only difference is whether you rent the tool or own it.

Email List Kit · $498 once

Own your email list. Pay for it once.

The signup form, the once-only pop-up, confirm by reply, a welcome series that sends on the days you set, broadcasts to everyone or one group, replies on each person's timeline with a ping on your phone, one-click unsubscribe and the postal address the law wants. The exact system that runs BrandGoblin's own list, written up so Claude builds it into your site. The CRM kit is inside it.

It runs on your site, in your database, through Resend (free up to 3,000 emails a month). The usual list tools start around $29 a month and climb as your list grows, and the day you stop paying, the list stops with it. This is one payment, and the list is yours.

Do it yourself

$498 once

  • · The guide, the answers sheet, the brief for Claude, the working files, the CRM kit
  • · The prompts to paste into your AI at each step, and when something breaks
  • · Two consultation calls with Fox, up to an hour each: one when you start, one about a month in
  • · About two evenings with Claude, on the site you already have

One payment. Card through Stripe. The kit arrives by email within a minute of paying. All sales final.

Or have it built for you

It's a lot. At the start, it can feel like too much. That's the moment it matters most.

Setting up a sending domain, writing a welcome series, wiring a form and a pop-up, testing it with real emails: it is real work, and it lands on you right when you have the least time. If you would rather hand it over, BrandGoblin builds the whole system into your site. You provide the domain, the hosting and the email accounts; we provide the build and the know-how.

That is why these three kits exist in the first place: so every creator and business, big or small, new or established, has what it needs to get more paying customers, whichever door fits.

Why kits

We build the tools we wished existed, then share them.

I built the CRM because I needed to know who was visiting BrandGoblin and who almost bought. I built the list because renting one meant paying more every month I grew, and because I watched a business lose repeat customers it simply had no way to reach. Then I built both again for a friend's site, and a third time so replies do the confirming.

A kit is those builds, written up so Claude can build yours. The CRM is free because every site needs one. The list costs money once because it makes money. Done For You is for the people who would rather spend the evening on their work than on DNS records.

Questions

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Each kit is a folder you hand to Claude. You fill in a page of answers, Claude builds, and you do the copy-and-paste steps it gives you: which screen, which box. You type every key and password yourself.
Which websites do the kits work with?
Next.js + Supabase on Vercel is the exact match (that is what BrandGoblin runs on). Static sites on Cloudflare, Netlify or GitHub Pages, and page builders like WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix and Webflow, use a free Cloudflare Worker; the briefs cover each.
What do they cost to run?
The CRM kit runs on free tiers (Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase, Telegram): $0 for a small site. The email list sends through Resend, free up to 3,000 emails a month, $20 a month after that. Nothing to BrandGoblin after the kit.
Why is the CRM kit free and the email kit not?
Every site needs to see who is visiting, so we give that away to anyone who gives their best email. The list is the part that earns money, and it took three builds to get right, so it costs $498 once. Done For You is for people who would rather hand the whole thing over.
Are there refunds on the Email List Kit?
No. It is a download: you get all of it the moment you pay, so all sales are final, and the checkout page says so. Unsure if it fits your site? Reply to any of Nix's emails and ask first.

Start with the free one. Tonight.

Your best email, one reply to Nix, and the CRM kit is in your inbox. The rest is here when you want it.
