Own your email list. Pay for it once.
The signup form, the confirm-by-reply, the welcome series and the broadcasts that run BrandGoblin's own list, written up so Claude builds them into your website. It lives on your site, in your database. Sending is free up to 3,000 emails a month.
- One payment
- Your site, your database
- Confirm by reply, not by link
- No coding
In the folder
- START HERE (open me first).pdf
- START HERE (read me first).md
- YOUR ANSWERS (fill in before you start).md
- EMAIL LIST BRIEF (paste into Claude).md
- WRITE YOUR WELCOME SERIES.md
- PROMPTS (paste into your AI).md
- reference-nextjs/ (the working files)
- crm-kit/ (the CRM + Telegram bot kit)
The same files that run brandgoblinai.com's list, with the keys removed, plus the brief that tells Claude what to do with them.
A list you rent isn't a list you own.
Renting adds up.
The usual list tools start around $29 a month and climb as your list grows. Five years of that is more than $1,700. And the day you stop paying, the list and the emails stop with it.
Your emails land where they get read.
Every new subscriber replies YES to your first email. A reply is the strongest signal an inbox gets that your mail is wanted, so what you send next has the best chance of landing in Primary instead of Promotions.
The welcome series works while you sleep.
Someone joins on a Tuesday at 2 am. The emails you wrote go out on the days you set, from your site. You find out in the morning, on your phone, with their name and what they did.
Everything a list tool does, on your own site.
The signup form
Anywhere on your site, plus a pop-up that shows at the right moment (after someone does something, or 30 seconds in) and then never again.
Confirm by reply
The first email asks for a YES. The reply confirms them, which also tells their inbox your mail is wanted. A link is there for anyone who can't reply.
The welcome series engine
Write your emails once and set the days. Each person gets them in order, counted from the day they confirmed, while you make things.
Broadcasts by group
Everyone, leads, members, customers, or one plan. A test send to yourself first, every time.
Replies on the timeline
Every reply lands on that person's record in your HQ and pings your phone through Telegram. You answer people, not a queue.
The lawful footer
One-click unsubscribe on every email, your postal address, the List-Unsubscribe headers Gmail checks. Built in, not bolted on.
Who clicked
Tracked links, signed so nobody can abuse them. Your HQ shows who clicked what, so you know who to follow up with.
Write it with AI
A button in your HQ that drafts an email in your brand's voice from one line. You edit, you send.
The CRM + Telegram bot kit, included
The list sits on top of it: who is on your site, every visitor's trail, and a ping the moment someone presses Pay.
Two evenings. Claude does the building.
- 1
Pay once, get the folder
The download opens the moment Stripe says yes, and the same link comes by email so it's there when you sit down.
- 2
Fill in fifteen minutes of blanks
Who the emails come from, where people sign up, what your first three emails should say. Guessing is fine; Claude asks about the rest.
- 3
Hand the folder to Claude
It reads the brief, asks you a few questions one at a time, and builds the list into your site from the working files.
- 4
Do the copy-and-paste steps
A free Resend account, three DNS records, one secret in your hosting. Exact screen, exact box. You type every key yourself.
What you need
- ยท A website you can change
- ยท A free Resend account (that's what sends the email)
- ยท Claude with the desktop app
- ยท A postal address for the footer (a PO box is fine; the law wants one on marketing email)
Built for real, three times
First for roninman.com, then for BrandGoblin itself, then rebuilt in October so replies confirm the signup. If you got the free CRM kit, you have already been through it: Nix asked you to reply YES, the kit came back by itself, and his emails arrived on the days he set. That was this system, working.
Build it with Claude, or have Fox build it.
Do it yourself
$498 once
- ยท The whole folder: guide, answers sheet, the brief for Claude, the working files, the CRM kit
- ยท About two evenings with Claude, on the site you already have
- ยท The questions you'd ask, answered in the brief, and the exact prompts to paste into your AI at each step
- ยท Two consultation calls with Fox, up to an hour each: one when you start, one about a month in
- ยท Sending free up to 3,000 emails a month on Resend
All sales are final. You get everything the moment you pay, so there are no refunds, and the checkout page says so too. Want it built for you instead? That's Done For You, on the right: kit buyers upgrade any time for $4,500. Use it on your own sites as often as you like; please don't resell the kit itself.
Done For You
$4,998 half to start, half when it's live
- ยท Fox builds the whole system into your site
- ยท Your sending domain set up so your mail passes the checks inboxes run
- ยท Your welcome series written with you: your words, his structure
- ยท Tested live with real emails before he hands it over. Most projects are finished within three months, many in one
- ยท A call a week for the first month, two in the second, one in the third, as your schedule and his allow
- ยท You bring the domain, hosting and email accounts; BrandGoblin brings the build and the know-how
- ยท Already have the kit? Upgrade any time for $4,500
The CRM kit is free because every site needs one. This is the part that makes you money.
I built the list system because I needed it. BrandGoblin had people visiting and no way to talk to them without renting a tool that would charge more every month I grew. So I built it into the site: the form, the confirm-by-reply, the series, the broadcasts, the footer the law wants. Then I did it again for a friend's site, and a third time to make replies do the confirming.
Every person who gets the free kit is on a list I own, and the emails that follow go out without me. That is worth paying for once. It is not worth paying for every month for the rest of your life.
If your site is small and you only want to know who is visiting, take the free kit and stop there. When you want to talk to them, this is the next step.

Questions
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. Claude does the building. You fill in a page of answers about your site, then follow the copy-and-paste steps it gives you: which screen to open, which box to fill. You type every key and password yourself; Claude never sees them.
- Which websites does it work with?
- The working files are from a Next.js site with a Supabase database on Vercel, which is what BrandGoblin runs on. The brief tells Claude how to build the same thing for a static site on Cloudflare (a Worker and a free database), which is how the first version ran on roninman.com. Page builders like WordPress, Shopify or Squarespace take the Cloudflare route too.
- What does sending cost?
- Emails go out through Resend. Its free plan sends 3,000 emails a month (about 100 a day), which covers a small list. Above that, Resend Pro is $20 a month. The kit itself is one payment; there is no BrandGoblin fee after it.
- Is the list really mine?
- Yes. Every subscriber lives in your own database, in your own account, and you can export them as a CSV from your HQ any time. Nobody at BrandGoblin can see them, and nobody can switch them off.
- I already have a list somewhere. Can I bring it over?
- Yes. Your HQ has a CSV import, and the brief covers pulling subscribers from Kit, Mailchimp and the like. People who already unsubscribed stay unsubscribed.
- Do I need the free CRM kit first?
- No, it's in the box. The email list sits on the CRM's people list, so the kit includes the whole CRM + Telegram bot kit, including the HQ Edition for Next.js sites.
- What if I get stuck?
- First, the kit itself: the brief answers the questions people actually hit (DNS, Gmail Promotions, the daily cron, the reply webhook), and the PROMPTS file has the exact thing to paste into your AI at each step, including when something breaks. Second, two consultation calls with Fox, up to an hour each: one when you start (recommended), and one about a month in, which is where it's worth sitting down together if you're stuck or haven't launched yet. You book them by replying to your kit email. And if you'd rather have it built for you, that's the Done For You service ($4,998, half to start and half when it's live): kit buyers upgrade any time for $4,500 by replying BUILD IT to their kit email.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. The kit is a download: you get all of it the moment you pay, so all sales are final, and Stripe says so again on the checkout page. If you're unsure whether it fits your site, reply to any of Nix's emails and ask first; Fox answers.
- What does Done For You include?
- Fox builds the whole system into your site: the sending domain set up so your mail passes the checks inboxes run, the signup form and pop-up, the welcome series written with you (your words, his structure), replies to your phone, and a live test with real emails before handover. The CRM and HQ come with it, and so do the calls: a call a week for the first month (the first one is where Fox collects your brand assets, voice and offers), two calls in the second month and one in the third, as your schedule and his allow. You provide the domain, the hosting (Cloudflare, Vercel or whatever your site runs on) and the email accounts; BrandGoblin provides the build and the know-how. No website yet? Ask: a simple site to put it on can be quoted separately. $4,998, half to start and half when it's live. Most projects are finished within three months, many in about one. Already bought the kit? Upgrade for $4,500, whatever you paid for the kit. The deposit isn't refundable once work starts.
