Refund Policy

1. Cancelling Creator Pro or Creator Max

You can cancel any time from your account. Your plan will not renew, you keep it until the end of the period you already paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan. Everything you made stays in your account.

2. Subscription refunds

Because BrandGoblin AI has a free plan you can try with no card, we do not usually refund a subscription period once it has started. We do handle every case with common sense: if you were charged by mistake or something is not right, email us and we will do our best to fix it.

Founding Members (the first 50 paying members, Founding 50 offer): if it is not for you, email support@brandgoblinai.com within 7 days of your first payment and we refund that payment in full, no questions asked.

3. Creative Energy packs

One-time energy packs are not refundable once the energy has been used. If you bought a pack and have not used it, contact us and we will review your request.

4. Automatic energy refunds

You never pay for our mistakes. If a Studio job fails on our side, or Video to Social cannot find usable clips in your video, the energy goes back to your balance automatically. Nothing to request.

5. Free plan

The free plan has no charges, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it any time.

6. How to ask

Email support@brandgoblinai.com with the email on your account and a short note about the charge. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
