Cancellations
You can cancel your Creator Pro subscription at any time from your account settings — no hoops, no forms. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
- You retain full access to Creator Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- After the billing period ends, your account moves to the free tier automatically.
Refunds
Because BrandGoblin AI offers a free tier with no credit card required, we generally do not issue refunds for Creator Pro subscription charges once a billing period has started. However, we handle each situation with common sense. If you believe you were charged in error, or if you have a concern about a charge, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right.
To request a refund or discuss a billing issue, email us at [email protected] with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Creative Energy Top-Ups
Creative Energy top-ups (one-time purchases, not subscriptions) are non-refundable once the energy has been added to your account and used. If you purchased a top-up and have not used it, contact us and we will review your request.
Free Tier
The free tier of BrandGoblin AI does not involve any charges, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using the free tier at any time.
