Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Do not share your account or create accounts for other people without their permission.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

2. Plans

• Free: 3 brand kits and 250 Creative Energy to try Goblin Studio, given once, with no card required.
• Creator Pro: $19 per month, with unlimited brand kits, the full content tools and 1,000 Creative Energy every month.
• Creator Max: $49 per month, with everything in Pro, 4,000 Creative Energy every month, and unused monthly energy carries into the next month (up to one month's worth).

Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe, and by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. We will give existing subscribers at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Plan details on the Pricing page are part of these terms.

3. Creative Energy

Creative Energy powers the content tools, images, videos and Video to Social clips. Studio images, videos and clips show their cost before you start. Monthly energy from Pro resets each month; Max carries unused monthly energy into the next month, up to one month's worth. You can buy extra energy in one-time packs, which do not expire while your account is open.

If a job fails because of a problem on our side, or Video to Social finds no usable clips in your video, the energy for it is given back. Creative Energy has no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

4. Video to Social

When you upload a video, you confirm you have the right to use it and everything in it. We keep your original upload for 7 days so you can make and edit clips, then delete it automatically. Clips stay in your account until you delete them. You download and post clips yourself; we never post on your behalf.

5. What is not allowed

Do not use the Service to:

• Make or upload anything illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful or defamatory.
• Break other people's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Impersonate a real person or business, or mislead people about who made something.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service, or use it to train competing AI models.
• Break any law or regulation.

We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. What you own

What you create with BrandGoblin AI is yours to use for your own business, subject to the terms of the AI providers that power the Service. You keep ownership of what you upload. BrandGoblin AI owns the platform, its design, its code and the Nix character; you may not copy or resell the platform itself.

AI can produce results that look like existing names, logos or work. Check that a name or logo is free to use (for example with a trademark search) before you rely on it commercially.

7. The Service is provided as is

We work hard to keep BrandGoblin AI running well, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will always be available, error free, or that results will suit your needs. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BrandGoblin AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
