Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Payment details: if you subscribe or buy energy, Stripe processes the payment. We never see or store your full card number.
• What you create: your ideas and prompts, brand kits, images, videos you upload and the clips made from them, and the edits you make.
• Usage data: which features you use and basic technical information (browser, device, pages visited) so we can keep the service working and improve it.
• Cookies: used to keep you signed in. A few settings, like sound on or off, are saved in your own browser.

2. How we use it

• To run your account and give you the features you use.
• To generate your brand kits, content, images and video clips.
• To take payments and manage your plan and Creative Energy.
• To send account emails (sign-up confirmation, receipts, support replies) and, if you have not opted out, occasional product news.
• To keep the service safe, fix problems and comply with the law.

3. We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Full stop.

4. Who helps us run BrandGoblin

We use a small set of trusted providers. Each only gets what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase: accounts and database.
• Vercel: website hosting and basic, privacy-friendly site analytics.
• Cloudflare: domain services, video storage and the video processing engine.
• Stripe: payments.
• Resend: account and receipt emails.
• AI model providers (such as Anthropic, fal.ai and Replicate): your prompts, and for Video to Social the audio of your video, are sent to them to generate results, under their terms.

5. Videos you upload

Video to Social lets you upload a long video to turn into short clips. Your original upload is deleted automatically 7 days after you upload it. The clips made from it stay in your account until you delete them. Uploads that never finish are cleaned up after 1 day. You can delete a video and its clips at any time.

6. How long we keep things

We keep your account data while your account is open. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email support@brandgoblinai.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from product emails using the link in any of them.

8. Children

BrandGoblin AI is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. Using the service after that means you accept the updated policy.
