A Free CRM and Telegram Bot for Your Website (Built With Claude)
By Fox, founder of BrandGoblin AI · Updated October 2, 2026 · 8 min read
When we launched BrandGoblin, we wanted to know three things every morning: who came to the site, what they looked at, and who almost bought.
That sounds simple. It wasn't. The analytics tools told us how many people came, but not who. The big CRMs were built for sales teams with pipelines and quotas. And most of them meant sending our visitors' data to someone else's servers.
So we built our own. A private page on our own site, a list of every person with their whole trail, and a Telegram bot that messages us the second someone presses Pay. It changed how we run the business. Now we're giving it away.
What the kit gives you
The kit is a folder you hand to Claude. Claude reads it, asks you a few questions about your site, and builds this into your website:
- Who is on your site right now. Live, with their device, where they came from and the page they're reading.
- Every visitor's trail. The pages they opened, what they tapped, how far they scrolled and how long they stayed.
- The moments that matter. Someone leaves an email, starts to sign up or presses Pay. Each one lands on that person's timeline.
- A list of everyone. Each person with notes, a stage and a follow-up date, so nobody slips through.
- A Telegram ping. Your own bot messages your phone the moment something happens, with what that person did first.
- A morning summary. Yesterday's visitors, top pages, signups, pay presses and who to follow up with today.
It all runs on your own accounts, on the free tiers of Cloudflare, Vercel, Supabase and Telegram. No ad pixels, no third-party cookies, no monthly bill for a small site.
Why a Telegram bot?
Because you'll actually see it. Email alerts get buried. Dashboards only help when you remember to open them. A message on your phone, right when someone presses Pay, means you can follow up while they still care.
Telegram is also one of the easiest places to build a bot: it's free, it has a simple, well-documented bot API, and it has well over a billion monthly users (Pavel Durov, March 2025). Making a bot takes about two minutes with Telegram's own @BotFather.
Why speed matters so much
A Harvard Business Review study tested how fast 2,241 US companies answered web leads. Companies that reached out within an hour were nearly 7 times as likely to qualify the lead as those that waited even an hour longer, and more than 60 times as likely as those that waited a day or more. The average response time was 42 hours (Harvard Business Review).
A small brand can't hire someone to watch the inbox all day. A bot that taps you on the shoulder is the next best thing.
How it compares to other free CRMs
There are good free CRMs from big companies, and if you run a sales team, one of those may suit you better. They're built around deals, pipelines and sales reps, and your customer data lives on their servers.
This kit is built for a different job: a new website that wants to know what visitors do and who's close to buying. It's first-party (the data lives in your own database), it watches your site directly instead of waiting for someone to fill in a form, and it pings your phone. It's also something you own outright. There's no plan to outgrow and no seat price.
What you need
- A website you can change (Next.js, a static site, WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix or Webflow; the brief covers each).
- Telegram on your phone.
- Claude with the desktop app, so it can read the kit and open your dashboards.
- A free Cloudflare account, only if your site can't run code itself.
You don't need to code. You answer a page of questions and do the copy-and-paste steps Claude gives you: which screen, which box. You type every password and key yourself; Claude never needs to see them. Most people finish in two evenings.
Why it's free
BrandGoblin exists to build and share the tools we wish we'd had when we started. A CRM is one of them. Every new brand should know what's working from day one, not six months in.
All we ask is your best email. That's where the kit goes, and it's how we'll tell you when we've built the next thing you'll want. If our emails ever stop being useful, one click and they stop.

No. Claude builds it. You answer a page of questions and follow copy-and-paste steps that tell you which screen to open and which box to fill in.
Where does the visitor data go?+
